1. HOW DOES THE MARQUESSO SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
Each month, subscribers receive a sealed pack of five Marquesso baseball cards. Every pack is another chance to discover players, different poses, candy backs, and pieces of the larger Marquesso baseball world.
2. WHAT CARDS CAN I FIND?
The collection begins with 72 players across eight clubs and two leagues. Some players can appear in multiple poses or variations, and cards may feature one of four classic Marquesso candy backs.
3. WHAT IS THE MARQUESSO REGISTRY?
The Registry is where collectors can record the cards they’ve found and follow the collection as it grows. Registered cards also contribute to the live Cards Registered count seen across Marquesso.
4. HOW DO I REGISTER MY CARDS?
Sign into your Marquesso account and open the Registry. From there, select the player, card back, and variation that matches the card in your collection and add it to your registered cards.
5. WILL I RECEIVE DUPLICATE CARDS?
Packs are assembled to create variety, but Marquesso is still a collectible card experience, so duplicates can happen. Different poses, backs, and variations also mean two cards of the same player may not be the same card.
6. WHEN DO MONTHLY PACKS SHIP?
Marquesso packs are prepared and mailed in monthly batches. Once your pack is on the way, normal postal delivery times apply. If you have a question about a specific order, contact us and we’ll take a look.
7. CAN I UPDATE MY SUBSCRIPTION OR ADDRESS?
If something needs to change before your next pack is prepared, use your account options where available or send us a message through the Contact page and we’ll help.
8. WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
Send us a message with your name, email, and order number if you have it. Tell us what happened and we’ll help straighten it out.
